Post HELP!!!Dam one wheel wonder!!!!

I am having a problem with the Auburn posi unit in my 8.8 rear end. If i did a heal-toe (still) burnout one wheel would break loose and one would spin. But if i just did a regular (put it to the wood) burnout with no brakes it would pull posi. Any ideas why this could be occurring. Oh yea i think its the clutches in the posi unit cause when i changed the gear fluid it was blacker than charcoal. Thanks for the help.
