I have a 1990 with ROH Snyper 17x8" rims with 245/45/17's and have never had a rubbing problem. My car is not lowered but I have had them on for about 2 years with no problem. I have had 2 different brands Eagle F1's and Les Schwab Toyo's no problem on either. Have fun it will change the whole look of your car. The rims have factory offset, just so you know.
