Welcome to Mustangworks! Great site, umm as for your budjet why not go for a GT and mod it up from there. But if you really want a Cobra (Like all of us do.
 ) then I say go for it. Yeh you should check out the stats on the new Cobra. 390hp ain't to shabby but alittle out of the price range.  §am.
