Oh well, I called the dealer and actually got someone who didn't want to play 20 questions with me on the phone. That P/N is for a 16V 4.6L engine to fit Mustang bodies from 95-98.... I know what your thinking, and I even asked about that, and it's in the service computer for 95-98... Don't know why they would say 95 as that won't just drop in w/o some other changes.. but anyways, no go on the 99+ engine... guess I will just have to buy the heads
