I agree with the others here,it's time to realize that you need to cut back on the smokin habit,...being a non=smoker myself...I realize I have no idea how hard it is for a person to cut back on the amount a particular person may be smoking,but,one thing that may help motivate you...and that is seeing your daughter grow up....if perhaps your lungs continue to get worse,there's a chance you may miss out on some things in the future with your daughter...if you ended up with lung cancer,etc etc.
