Definitely. Torque plating is fairly common for high performance. There's nothing unique or proprietary about it.

About that Kenne Bell blower...as some of you know I've used one (actually several) for over 5 years, and I had a lot of headaches. I will never go back to KB. Send me a private message if you want to know why.
