I have a 93 5.0 with an AOD that has hardened parts and a newly installed Lentech Street Terminator Valve Body. I didn't go with a Torque Convertor due to cost and the fact I want power with somewhat of a smooth ride (something a higher stall would remove).

The VB gives you a nice 1-2-3 and a switch for OD instead of the crappy stock 1-2/3-OD. I now have control over my gears COMPLETELY.

As for times...well with a full exhaust change, 3.73 gears and a MAC Cold Air Kit, I got the time and speed in my SIG.
