Default Fuel Question

Has anyone ever run high octane fuel (like 110+) in their late model GT (4.6). I was wondering if it will better my track times or cause more damage than it is worth. Will it cause damage? What is the highest I should run if it is okay to run race fuel? Las time at the track I ran a 13.760 and was wondering how much further I can go... without blowing up!
