![]() The clutch inside the fan has seized. Don't drive it and if you do try and keep the RPM's as low as possible or you will seize the bearing in your water pump and need a new water pump too! The clutch is very very simple to fix and at your local parts store. You need a thermal fan clutch, not a single speed clutch.
Simply take off the belt and unbolt the fan at the post. Unbolt the clutch from inside the fan, bolt the new one in and viola!
