Post Sounds like a problem

I have replace just about everything it seems in the last few months, plugs, t-5, clutch, driveshaft, oil change, cap& rotor, etc. When I start it up cold, and sounds like **** , like an old as car, then its starts to smooth out after about 2-3 mins. Today it started to hesitate in fourth while I was haulin' *** down the hwy. Runs okay, but inconsistent. I'm going to pull the plugs, some look okay but Ill pull them all to check. Anything else?? Oil looks okay, dirty though after I just changed it.

Thanks,
Leo
