Not true...what are you gonna blow them on?.....with the 15 watts the HU puts out?

They will distort like hell, but I doubt you'll blow em.

True, maybe if you jacked the the end frequences ALL the way and turned the volume all the way up......but I can't see for one second that sounding good enough to leave it there for long enough to create enough to get enough thermal energy to blow the speakers.
