How much money to build a high 10 sec Honda (using V-tec engine)?

It's funny how people throw together these parts list and say, I'm gonna run 10's for X dollars! It's pathetic! I'll make one just for fun all prices are Canadian money
79 4cyl. stang $300
8.8 rear with 4.10's $375 (buy n sell)
460 with C6 $1000 (buy n Sell)
camshaft $150
NX 100-250 wet kit. $600 (exotic part)
Holley 850 dbl. pumper $150 (buy n sell or swap meet)
Weiand xcelerator manifold $100 (buy n sell)
Engine swap Headers $650 (most exotic part)
Port the heads and intake myself
M/T et drags 28*10.5 $550
cheap wheels $120
Trans blanket $250
Sfi balancer $550
8pt cage jobber $800 (welded in)
90/10 struts $350
50/50shocks $150
harnesses $80
=$6075 Canadian dollars, or $3900 American

Oops!
I'll need aftermarket axles, c-clip eliminators, longer wheel studs, probably will want to relocate the battery, a proper tach, nitrous guage, burst valve and vent tube, purge kit, etc, etc, etc...

If it was cheap, don't you think we'd all have 10 second cars?
