Miami vs Ohio State

It was a great game. Ohio State stuffed McGhee, punished Dorsey like he's never been punished before but let Winslow catch many, many balls. Miami always seems to have great TE's. Give Miami credit too, they held Clarrett in check and played tough all game long.

I was just sick of hearing all the west coast sports guys (like the idiot that filled in for Rome last week) call the Big Ten, the Big Medium and how Ohio State couldn't keep up with Miami's speed...Ohio State is going to get rolled by 20...it's going to be another Nebraska game like last year...yada yada.

Fact is, Miami never ran into a defense like Ohio State's. A fast, hard hitting defense that is relentless and causes havoc and turnovers. The last play of the game sums it all up nicely. You see Cie Grant come on blitz and collar Dorsey down like a rag doll while Dorsey gets off a lame pass that falls incomplete.

A National Championship game going into 2 OT's was great for viewers, but I think I aged a couple years.

Oh, and someone please inform that Winslow guy for Miami that they lost.
