I am having the same exact problem. When I get into high rpm's the oil spits out of the dipstick. I put a new pcv valve on but doesnt help. I took the wire mesh screen out to inspect and it looked pretty dirty. I soaked it over night in some degreaser and when I checked the next day it was totally saturated in what looked like hardened cooking oil. I had to order a new screen which is around $7 from ford. Hopefully this works
