![]() Uhh, my car runs strong, but around 5500 rpm's it just falls on it's face, kinda flatlines? i have the stock gt-40 springs, im assuming they are having a problem keeping the lifter in check.
![]() my question is, i read that alot of people here have used the crane 44308-1, is that a good replacement? 2nd ?: i will need to install these with the heads on the car, so i know i will have to use compressed air, or the string trick, but where can i get a spring tool? and how do i check installed height? can i get the tool from parts store? i do have machine shop connections, but would rather keep the heads on the car since its a daily driver...thanx, id like to see my tach reach 5900 rpm without floating a vale into a piston ![]()
