It was my understanding the Cobra springs were stiffer than the GT's, though I could be wrong. Tokiko has a Illumina kit that I've seen for as low as $350. It comes w/ springs, struts & shocks. It does not come w/ a new rear bumpstop $15. You could probably get a set of used '95 "R" springs pretty cheap.
