I could have sworn it was 18-22 ft lbs, but i believe mine are at 22, you dont want them to tight, or they will hold your valves open slightly, but im sure you would know if that was the case.

If you have to turn the wrench more than two full turns from when the bolt has the rocker semi tight, you may need shims, I used no shims on mine, no severe noise or anything, so far so good.......
