Go with h-beam rods instead of I-beams. Use JE forged pistons. You could run 10.5:1 compression on 93 pump gas. Those rings will work well. Are you running efi? Is this car converted to mass air yet? If not I would suggest doing it. What about heads, cam, intake, injectors, etc?
