T5 Fluid Refill How to?

ATF fluid in a t-5 mmm never heard of that but ill have to try it.....

Try it? That's all that is ever supposed to be used in those things. Something about the T5 and gears, it needed the ATF, Ford told me and so did the local speed shops, think I even read it in some articles.
