Question injected motor to carburated motor

I have a 1989 GT with 141,000 I also have a 68 Mercury Montego with 302 I would like to put the motor from the mercury into the mustang but not sure about the what stuff I need to keep and what I can cut. I want to do a total transplant, out with the injected and in with the carburation. If NEone has any info to help me in this process it would be greatly appreciated.
