Hey, I push 460 rwhp through shorties and side exhaust. Unless you put on heads, cam and intake, just use shorties.
Power gains are based on your base horsepower and how much boost you run. Your current setup is about 180-190 rwhp (worst case). In theory 1 Bar (14.6psig) would double your horsepower. So you would need about 11 psi (with no other changes) to achieve 315rwhp. Certainly anything you do to improve airflow will lower the required boost. This is just a guide line. Always consider stock head gasket and octane requirements. 9 psi would be consider a limit for stock block/head gaskets. Pressurize with caution! Mike
