That's true.
A DSS short block would be a good option. Not to mention they've been balanced and blueprinted. If you can afford it I would go with a DSS shortblock. If you can afford it I'd spring for the main support and the windage tray......what could it hurt? Your planning on heads/cam/intake now. The main support will be extra insurance if you ever throw on a power adder down the road. -Josh, aka the tireburner
