![]() When I was putting my 82GT back together last winter I accidently pulled the input shaft all the way out of the tranny.
I've was told that it's important that it goes back in exactly how it came out even though it will go in other ways. Now that I have it on the road, I notice bad vibrations, especially during de-acceleration. Do you think that since I possiblly installed the shaft wrong that it could be the problem? I was also thinking of worn u-joints, unbalanced drive shaft or unbalanced wheels/tires. If I get the gas pedal in the right spot then it seems to level out. Any suggestions?
