IMO, dont waste your time on E7's. I used to run ported E7's and I had more money in them than I have in my canfield aluminum heads.
I had them ported, polished, milled, 3 angle valve job, and trick flow springs. They performed well but pale in comparison to aftermarket aluminum heads. JMO,
