Yes, your correct, its the passenger side Mixture controling O2 sensor that croaked on you.
That one has gave me some probs. I've replace that one twice now since I rebuilt the engine. Unrelated but tied in. ONe of my friends with a 97 F-150 has a similar problem. Its lifted, and got long tubes. ALways passenger side front O2 sensor. Hmm.. I hate seeing that O2 sensor slow to respond code..always seems to happen around inspection time.
