If it's popping through the intake, perhaps the cam was indexed wrong, or one of the valves is sticky. If it really just sounds like the intake, (stock exhaust makes backfires really quiet) I'd be inclined to think an injector might be sticking. What fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, injectors do you have? |
