Nice car. I would also check cruising rpms to double check that there are, indeed, 3:73 gears in it too.
It should have a pretty lobey idle for it having an "X" cam. The power range for that cam doesn't come in until higher in the rpm range(~3500-6500rpms). The price seems fair. How many miles does it have? Check the floor boards and hatch area for rust. That's the problem areas for rust on mustangs. Good luck. I hope it all works out for you.
