i dont know if the poly bushings will raise your car or not as i installed mine at the same time that i installed the lowering springs but i will say that if you want a smooth street ride you might have picked the wrong car all jokes aside though my vote is for polyurethane i used energy suspensions full kit on my car and its a tight ride now point and gono slop till you get to 80 but thats another post
