-take caliper off
-there is a dust cap on the end of the rotor take that off
-remove cotter key
-take off the nut and the washer
the the rotor should slide right off the spindle afterwards then just take it to autozone or pepboys or whatever and they should turn them for you

before you reinstall take a look at the bearings ...some people repack them if they look ok or you can just buy new ones, you will also need a new seal
