I'd fix it right away, if it does happen to be an intake gasket, chances are there'll be water in the crankcase as well. This will wash out your bearings in short order. Hopefully it is just a lower head bolt that isn't sealed properly. That could also explain the water coming from the same side tailpipe (water getting into the cylinder).
