Does it shake under load or just when revving or both? Take a look at your balancer when idling, does it have any wobble to it at all? You said you checked timing, what's it at? And the next part is only because I've seen it, not trying to insult you, did you remember to plug the spout connector back in after setting the timing? You should pull a couple of the new plugs out after this and inspect them, they could tell us alot.
