Are they monitoring MAF, boost and injector duty cycles? We are averaging (tuning) about 2 Lightnings per week (some) using the SCT BA2400 and the SCT software. With a set up very similar to yours we were seeing 400-450 on a Mustang Dyno (loaded for the actual vehicle weight).

Our average tuning time is approx. 90 minutes. Whose chip are you using?
