Should be fine. The flywheel has 157 teeth. 9 on the starter should also bolt on to the c4. You should be able to use your existing flywheel (aod) not (T-5). If you do get an older c4 flywheel get it rebalanced because later engines have 50 oz inbalance and the pre 81 engines use 28.2 oz inbalance.
