question about installing sumps
Since I'm having trouble removing my pickup/sending unit, I'm considering going with a sumped tank.
How do you clean the tank out good enough to convince the welding shop that it's ok to weld? If I took it to a radiator shop, would they be able to clean it well enough to weld?
