![]() I've never heard of a 351W Boss version and to my knowledge "Boss" was only refered to on the cleveland 302 and 351 engines. ralph s is correct in 351w used for trucks as these engines used bigger sized crank journals. Yes poor engine performance in the sense of much more friction due to the big cankshaft journals. I myself drive a 69 Mach I with a 351w which I believe and experienced do not perform as well as my 71 Falcon GT 351C (Australian model). Wonder why Ford ever used the windsor engines in passanger cars. Anyone got an explanation!!
