Default Transmission Rebuild

This is somewhat related to Schooner's query but not really the same. I suspect that before long I will want/need to rebuild the C4 transmission in my '67 daily driver. Not long ago I had my 302 rebuilt and am now sorry that I did not take advantage of the opportunity to upgrade the cam and do some of the things I am now trying to do to beef up my ride a bit. So, my question is, when I have my transmission rebuilt what should I consider having done in addition to just asking for a rebuild. As stated, it is a daily driver so I'm not trying to build a dragster but I do like a bit of performance. Hope this makes sense. E.
