Angry Oiler Cooler Leak

I have a 1999 cobra with a 32V 4.6 DOHC engine and I have not been able to find out why I am leaking oil out of a really small hole in the bottom of the oil cooler. It is not threaded and it is less than a 1/6th of inch dia. hole. Is this a drain hole or a hole in the casting. It just started leaking all of a sudden. Does anyone know anything about these oil coolers? Oh yea the upper radiator hose comes off of the oil cooler.
