Default Electrical Problem

I own a 96 Mustang GT conv. with the 4.6L engine. And I have had nothing but strange problems. I have a new battery, New Alt,. I have pulled the starter and it turns over. But I get nothing when I try to start it. The lights dim on dash board, and hear clicking noises under the hood. I have a OMBII code scanner and It give me no false codes. My battery terminals are clean. Fuses check good and my fuel cut off switch checks good. what could be the problem? Please help.. Dazed and confused in Las Vegas
