You can get a new "chunk" or "pumpkin" for your 8 inch rear with posi [trac loc]. There are several for sale around on the internet. I bought one around a year ago. I also see them all the time on the various mustang/cougar sites.
I'll try and find the name of the guy I bought mine from.
