Red face case of the hiccups?

ok i need some help...

i recently bought my mustang...its a 1998 v6. been running fine, put about 500 miles on in the past week due to my 45 minute commute for school. as of last night noticed some slight jerking/hiccuping when im around 45-65 mph. i thought it was only 50-60 but i noticed it around those other speeds as well. seems to run smoothly when 70 or higher and below 45. could this be something serious? and should i worry about this?
