I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that IMO, 42's are a bit over kill if your staying N/A 331. You usually don't want to run injectors below 20% and above 85% duty cycle. I run the 30lb's and my PMS reports that I barely hit 65% at times in WOT.
I typed in your 460hp N/A car with 42lb injectors on the websites fuel analyzer and this is what is came back with. I understand this is based on a stock compression 302, but it's still going to be the general idea. Hope this helps. Total fuel consumption under wide open throttle: 230 lbs/hr Minimum fuel pump volume required: 138 L/hr Optimum fuel pump volume required: 165 L/hr Injector size needed at stock pressure (40 psi): 33 lb/hr Pressure required on current injectors to simulate needed size: 24 PSI Your current injector status is: OVER INJECTED
