I replaced the front hubs and that got rid of most of the noise. I still could hear the brake calipers clanking around so I suspected warped front rotors. I replaced the drilled and slotted front rotors for stock 98 cobra front rotors and now all the funky noises are gone.

I am now ready to tackle the task of dialing in the suspension if you have any pointers.
