Default oxygen sensors for 95 5.0l

im having huge issues with the oxygen sensors on the 95 motor, the sensors that are on the vehicle right now are 4 wire, the motor is in a bronco 2 so i dont have the vin # to check if its the right sensor for the motor. is there an easyway to tell?

basically right now, i cant drive the vehicle with the o2's plugged into the harness, it sputters, pops through the intake, but if i unplug them, it clears up enough that i can comfortably drive it. any ideas? maybe im running the wrong sensors?
