Default Mustang 4 cyilnder 5 lug conversion using ranger rotors

I have had many people tell me that a 1992 4 cylinder mustang can be changed over to 5 lugs in the front by using 88-92 Ranger 4cyilnder rotors. I bought a rotor just to see what I was getting into this is what I found,,
The wheel bearings out of the mustang will not fit in the ranger rotors.
The wheel bearings from a ranger will not fit a mustang spindle
If you have actually done this conversion please let me know it looks like I might be able to change races from the mustang rotor to the ranger rotor. HELP!!
