![]() the fan switch does get hot. i noticed this before with the old one that burned up. i used bigger connector ends to connect the wire to the switch this time so maybe that will help. i am wondering if it would be ok to leave the thermostat off and run the low setting fan instead of the high setting that it is now on. the low fan setting draws much less and seems more efficient, but i'm not sure if doing this will cause a secondary issue. freeway speeds or racing may be a problem, but with racing i can switch to the high setting temporarely.
