Thinking about it the novi uses a belt from the crank wouldn't it drop the 35 - 45 % gain down due to the load to the crankshaft turning the blower ? I have seen a 1990 mustang with a cheap turbo setup with stock engine just flat out smoke a stock 1993 cobra with a blower running 8psi . I'm still up in the air on what setup to go with.

There is no such thing as a cheap turbo set-up unless you are a really good fabricator.

My 1992 LX is a totaly stock auto car. It ran a 15.20@93mph before the blower and a 13.80 at 101 after the blower. Vortech SC-trim 7 psi $1,900.00.

Turbo is always best if it is what you really want go for it.
