Default Carbed 351W duraspark

OK I have a 69 block and a flat tappet cam, so what year F-150 or anything else can I use to get the correct duraspark distributor and ignition module from. Also am I going to need vacuum advance, dual vacuum, no vacuum.....I guess I really need a lot of help here, I am a bit over my head on this swap... btw the engine is going in an 88 2.3 vert.
