Exclamation T-5 question/problem

I have a 91 LX 5.0. And first question is how can I tell if it is a World Class? And my problem is that sencond gear sometimes is hard to get into, and then sometimes it goes in easy. And I had it in first gear at a redlight and then it just jumped out of gear. But since then everything runs fine. So is it time for a rebulid? The car has 47,000 original miles. My father was the orig owner... But it sat for some time, and stuck in first on a incline for about 3-4 years. Please advise.
