If you go to www.racerwalsh.com and order their catalog, you'll see more 2.3L parts than you'd know what to do with. There's 2/4 barrel, weber carbed intake manifolds, titanium valves, cams, etc.
A guy on a Fairmont/Zephyr board i used to go to (F/Z enthusiasts is what it was called) had a guy with a 2.3L NA that made about 180 hp (although it revved really high).
