Here is a beginning:
'67 has FORD on hood
'67 has dual vents, scoops on quarter panels
'67 has a round padded horn button that sticks up from wheel.
'67 tape stripe above rocker panels for GT & GTA
'67 first in dash factory A/C
'67 first big block offered [390]
'67 first tilt wheel offered

'68 first 428cj
'68 first cruise control offered
'68 first steering column that collapsed on inpact
'68 first dual brake master cylinder
'68 first shoulder belts
'68 fold down door handles
'68 has trim on quarter instead of vents
'68 first 302
'68 only GT not GTA [for automatic] that was on '67
'68 no tape on rockers only chrome GT emblem
'68 Side marker reflectors on quarter panels
'68 side marker lights on front fenders
'68 Grille [GT] doesn't have horizonal bars. The GT lights just sort of float there

I'm sure there are more. I will be watching for them, and adding some too.
